It's time for some deep water terror! I'm working on Livyatan, the first book in the Periled Waters series. Livyatan melvillei is an extinct genus of highly predatory sperm whale. It once lived alongside Megalodon and died out about five-million years ago. But... are we positive it no longer exists. Man has only explored up to ten percent of the ocean and 0.001% of the deep ocean seafloor.

Shortly after Nadia begins her summer job in Glacier National Park, she is quickly drawn into a chilling mystery. Disappearances are mounting. Her unease intensifies when she spots a car belonging to the women she had recently hiked with. It appears abandoned and untouched for days beyond their scheduled departure. Despite Nadia’s growing sense of dread, those around her dismiss her fears, insisting that visitors just lose themselves in the wilderness. But Nadia can’t shake the thought: something is wrong in the park.

In the wilds farther north, two Canadians embark on a perilous quest. They must track down a bear and recover its tag for an injured wildlife researcher. The seasoned outfitter believes they are after nothing more than a massive bear, while the ex-reporter fails to sense the looming peril. As their pursuit of Arctodus simus grows frantic, snow-buried trails block their search, and the bear edges nearer to civilization. Can they retrieve the tag before the predator catches up, or will innocent tourists become its next prey?

When a predator ravages a campsite, Glacier’s chief ranger, Norm, must confront a terrifying truth: several man-eating bears have made the park their stalking ground, not just one. The danger is far greater than anyone had imagined.

Ursid is the fourth book in The Predation Series, and an Arctodus sequel. Nimerigar is a side-story to Arctodus.

The Arctodus sequel (still untitled) is coming soon!

The book is complete. Now, it's in the hands of an editor. Next, a design team will create the cover and format the interior. The incredible Joe Oswald is working on the audiobook. We'll do our best to release the audiobook soon after the sequel is released. Waiting is the worst part!
